The set us was pretty straight forward everyone helped to get everything ready with a few problems to solve for example the banner not staying up right and the table angle making it fall forward. Which was fixed by Allette and Olivia. They hunted down a long piece of wood that lifted up the front of the tables which in turn make the banner stay up right. Also we had grey paper that sat inside the jars so you could see the label clearly which I forgot to print out so I had to make a quick trip back to print which only took a few minutes. Other than that there was no problems.
I feel the whole set up turn out great and looked professional and by us wearing only back and white we blended in with our stall. Although I reckon we could have documented the market day better and been more prepared for the rush of customers we had at the start as there was a huge influx of people and the bottles ended up running out quite fast.
We had a market day roaster, everyone helped to set up then two people (Jeremy and Allette) ran the stall to 12 then the rest of us took over (Courtney, Olivia and I). At around 12.30-1 we ran out of jars. Customers would come up and ask what our stall was about and we would tell them but also let them know we had sold out, which lowered the mood a bit as people were sad they missed out. Keep our energy but though counted that. After selling out I packed up most of the stall and waited till the market ended.
We had all the jars in order to make it easy to put them up on display after giving one away
